Punching molds division specializes in the manufacture of the silicon steel sheet stator and rotor for the motor products. The workshop covers an area of 60,000 square meters, and the construction area is more than 15,000 square meters. The factory is located in Economic Development Area of Shangyu City, Zhejiang Province, 104 national highways nearby. The transportation is very convenient.
The division has advanced manufacturing and testing equipments, including 19 precise high-speed punch such as Japanese IDI、Yamada、Germany HAULIDK ROOS、Taiwan Gao Jiang, 2 high-speed silicon steel slitting line and so on. Meantime, It has various specifications of rotor casting equipment such as rotor continuous die-casting machine, code chamber die-casting machine, along with multifarious mold and product testing facility such as specialized and magnetic properties of the silicon steel detector, cast aluminum rotor testing machine, high power microscope, with an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of stator and rotor cores.
In the cold punching industry, the division has passed ISO9000 quality assurance system and ISO14000 environmental management system certification and introduced SAP system , implemented ERP management comprehensively to control the entire production and operation process, which can gradually strengthen the enterprise fundamental management and develop the special work BMI including 6S、QCC、IE. At present, the products are mainly fitted with all types of industrial motors、household air conditioning motors、universal motors、shaded-pole motors and so on. The division can manufacture the products up to ROSH according to the customers.
