Controller Division is specially engaged in the development, manufacture and sales of different kinds of electronic products, particularly motor controller, which is mainly used in electrical household, industrial motors, electric bicycles, the construction industry and other fields. All the products have passed the authorized certifications including 3C, CE, UL, VDE and so on.
Controller Division has passed ISO9001 Quality System Certification, ISO14000 Environmental Management System certification, and is in the full implementation of BMI basic management on the basis of "6S", "QCC", "IE". Depending on the technical strength of Hangzhou Wolong Electrical Institute and technical support from TI, ST, MICROCHIP, as well as other well-known large-scale international semiconductor companies, the products are of high technology and market competition. Currently the company has a number of high-end customers, such as Japan Daikin, Green, Haier, Midea. The products have been exported to Italy, The United States, Spain, and other western countries.
The Division has a 3,000 square meters’ electronic processing and dustless workshop, and the main equipments were imported from the United States and Japan, which are Speedline precision solder paste printing machine UP2000, Panasonic high-speed BM123, Folung lead-free hot air reflow VP-860, lead-free wave soldering WS-350P-CB, ICT Tester, temperature and humidity and aging room and dozens of electronics test line, with an annual output of 10,000,000 sets of electronic control products.
